" I would highly recommend Dave and his team at Right Priced Properties. We approached them in November last year. Dave recommended a video of the property which was accepted and I think the next day it was done and loaded a few days later on to the web site. I called Dave in January to see the progress. The properties business is always slow in the winter months. However Dave called me mid February to advise me the property was sold and deposit taken. I wasn't expecting that!! We were introduced to Bianca who does the conveying.... very straightforward and clear a couple of emails job done. We've met the buyers who are really nice people. Tomorrow we're at the notary.
